What Test & Balance means

Chemistry only. No physical cleaning.

Test & Balance is Integra’s focused chemistry service. We perform a professional digital water analysis, calculate the required treatment, add the chemicals, and provide a clear digital report.

All physical cleaning — vacuuming, surface debris, baskets, steps, ledges, walls and tile band — is excluded. This service is ideal when you already manage the cleaning yourself or with an automatic cleaner.

Maintaining the pool water level remains the customer’s responsibility.

Physical cleaning is completely excluded — no vacuuming, surface debris removal, basket emptying or brushing of any surfaces. Choose Medium or Full Service if cleaning is required.

Pricing and conditions: Test & Balance is $65 per visit plus chemicals and includes up to 15 minutes onsite. Physical cleaning is excluded. Maintaining the pool water level is not included. Work beyond the standard allowance may require additional charges or a different service.

What is included in Test & Balance?

Does the $65 price include chemicals?
No. The $65 is the fixed service price. Chemicals are charged separately according to the products and quantities required.
Does Integra clean or vacuum the pool?
No. Physical cleaning is completely excluded, including vacuuming, surface debris, baskets and all brushing. Choose Medium or Full Service when cleaning is required.
How long is the visit?
The standard onsite allowance is up to 15 minutes.
Is Test & Balance suitable for a green pool?
No. Green or heavily contaminated water requires a dedicated recovery service.
Do I receive the water-test results?
Yes. A digital service report records the water results, chemical additions, technician notes and recommendations.
