Pump selection is mostly a hydraulic and system-matching decision. These are the questions that matter most on real replacement jobs.

Which CTX model do I need?
CTX 280C, 360C, 400C and 500C have different performance curves. We check the required flow and head, filter limit and connected equipment before confirming a model. Horsepower alone is not enough to select a replacement.
Is CTX a variable-speed pump?
No. CTX is a single-speed range. If you want different speeds for filtration and other pool tasks, ask Integra to compare a suitable variable-speed pump.
Can CTX run spa jets or in-floor cleaning?
CTX is designed for demanding pool and spa applications, including spa jets and in-floor cleaning. Suitability depends on the flow and pressure required by that equipment and the installed plumbing.
Can CTX replace my existing pump?
It may be suitable, but we need to check the old pump model, pump curve, unions, available space, electrical supply and equipment limits. Send a clear pump-label photo and a wider equipment photo to start.
How long is the CTX warranty?
AstralPool’s current residential warranty is 3 years for CTX pumps, with mechanical-seal coverage limited to 2 years. Full manufacturer conditions and exclusions apply.
