The qualifications remain visible here because a lower service price changes the work completed — not the professionalism of the water test.

Work beyond a plan’s standard scope or onsite allowance may require an additional charge, a follow-up visit or a different service. Integra confirms suitability before scheduling.

Practical service fit

Which service fits your pool?

Start with the work the pool actually needs. The right plan is the one whose scope matches the condition of the pool and the work you will continue to manage.

Choose Full Service

Professional cleaning is part of the visit.

  • The pool needs routine professional vacuuming.
  • You want less hands-on cleaning.
  • Debris regularly settles on the pool floor.
  • Broader maintenance time is usually required.
Choose Medium Service

The cleaning workload is deliberately shared.

  • An effective robotic or automatic cleaner manages the floor.
  • You handle routine vacuuming.
  • The pool still needs surface care, baskets and chemistry.
  • You want routine filter and chlorinator oversight within scope.
Choose Test & Balance

You maintain the pool; Integra manages the chemistry visit.

  • You handle all physical cleaning.
  • The priority is accurate testing and treatment.
  • The pool is otherwise functioning normally.
  • A short professional chemistry visit is sufficient.
Shared professional standard

The testing standard stays professional. The cleaning scope changes.

Choosing Medium or Test & Balance does not mean a lower-grade water test. The difference is the physical cleaning, equipment attention and time allocated to the visit.

WaterLink SpinTouch testing Professional digital pool-water analysis.
Calculated treatment Treatment decisions based on measured results.
Digital service reports Clear notes, results and recommendations after the visit.
Uniformed local technicians Experienced staff operating across confirmed routes.
Relevant observations Equipment and circulation observations appropriate to scope.
Clear escalation Out-of-scope work is raised rather than assumed.

Specialist and problem-pool routes

If the pool needs more than a regular service visit, use the dedicated request path so the correct team can assess it.

Residential service questions

Choose the plan with the right boundary.

These answers clarify the pricing, scope, route and request process before you open a detailed service page.

Which residential pool service should I choose?
Choose Full Service if you want Integra to handle routine vacuuming and broader cleaning. Choose Medium if you already manage the floor with an automatic cleaner or yourself. Choose Test & Balance if you only need professional chemistry testing and balancing.
Are chemicals included in the service price?
No. Chemical products used during the visit are charged in addition to the service price on all plans.
What is the difference between Full and Medium Service?
Full Service includes routine vacuuming and broader physical cleaning. Medium Service excludes vacuuming, pool floor, walls and tile-band cleaning — those remain the owner’s responsibility.
Does Medium Service include vacuuming?
No. Vacuuming is deliberately excluded from Medium Service so the visit can focus on surface care, baskets, steps, ledges, testing and chemistry.
What does Test & Balance include?
Digital water analysis, calculated balancing, treatment recommendations and a digital report. Physical cleaning and routine equipment maintenance are not included.
Can I request weekly, fortnightly or monthly service?
Yes, subject to route capacity and address suitability. Full Service has a higher monthly rate. Medium and Test & Balance keep the same rate across regular frequencies where available.
Does someone need to be home?
Not usually, provided safe access to the pool and equipment is available. Access requirements are confirmed before the first visit.
What happens if the technician finds an equipment problem?
Out-of-scope issues are noted and raised rather than assumed. Additional work is only completed after agreement.
Is regular servicing suitable for a green pool?
No. Green water, heavy algae or contamination usually requires a different service path. Use the problem-pool request instead of a regular plan.
Can I request a one-off clean?
Test & Balance is available as a one-off. Full and Medium are primarily regular-route services. One-off broader cleaning is handled via Casual Service or specialist assessment.
Where are regular services available?
Across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and surrounding Hunter routes, subject to current capacity.
Is submitting a request the same as confirming a booking?
No. A request starts the process. Integra confirms the address, suitability, access, route capacity and schedule before a visit is booked.

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. Integra will confirm the service address, suitability, access, route capacity and schedule.
