Before guests or an event
A focused presentation visit when the pool needs cleaning, testing and balancing before it will be used or seen.
Integra Casual Pool Service
Book a single professional visit for cleaning, digital water testing and routine maintenance without joining a regular service schedule. The technician works through the most important agreed priorities within the onsite allowance, then records what was completed and what may need attention next.
One visit · agreed prioritiesCasual Service is designed for pools that remain suitable for routine cleaning and water care. It is not the low-cost route into recovery work, major neglect or equipment diagnosis.
A focused presentation visit when the pool needs cleaning, testing and balancing before it will be used or seen.
A practical catch-up after lower winter use or before warmer weather increases swimmer demand and chemical consumption.
Leaves, surface debris and normal weather-related cleanup where the water remains serviceable and no recovery process is required.
A professional reset after the pool has received less routine attention but is still circulating and suitable for normal service work.
A one-off clean and water-care visit before the owner resumes routine maintenance between professional attendances.
Help with cleaning, filter care and water balance when a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule is not required.

Time is not divided into artificial task quotas. The work completed reflects the pool, equipment, access and what matters most during that attendance.
Casual Service combines routine pool cleaning, digital water analysis and maintenance tasks in one attendance. The technician assesses the starting condition before deciding how best to use the available time.
Check water condition, circulation, access, visible equipment and whether the pool remains suitable for Casual Service.
Complete professional digital analysis and interpret the readings against pool type, sanitiser system and current conditions.
Work through the agreed cleaning priorities, baskets, routine filter or salt-cell care and calculated chemical treatment within the allowance.
Provide a digital service report with readings, completed work, observations and recommendations where further attention is required.
The items below sit within one total visit allowance. They are not unlimited individual tasks, and the technician may need to prioritise according to condition, access and the work requested.
The standard foundation of a suitable one-off service visit.
Chemicals used during the visit are charged separately in every case.
Completed where the pool, equipment and remaining allowance make the work practical.
A heavily loaded cartridge set or maintenance requiring disassembly, parts or extended labour may need additional time or a separate booking.
These conditions need assessment, recovery work or a dedicated equipment pathway.
Send clear photos before booking when the correct service path is uncertain.
A one-off maintenance allowance cannot replace the treatment, filtration and return attendance required when algae or poor water clarity is already present.
The correct service is determined by the work and condition—not simply by which visit price is lower.
Cleaning, digital testing and routine maintenance for a pool that remains suitable for normal service work.
Scheduled professional vacuuming, surface care, chemistry and routine maintenance on an agreed residential route.
Professional water testing, calculated chemical treatment and reporting when the owner handles all physical cleaning.
For green, algae-affected, poorly visible or heavily contaminated water requiring a staged recovery pathway.
Use a dedicated equipment request when the main issue is a pump, filter, chlorinator, controller, leak or operating fault.
Onsite instruction for owners or tenants who need the actual equipment, chemistry and routine explained.
Access delays, insufficient water level or undisclosed faults can materially reduce the amount of cleaning and maintenance completed during the attendance.
Unlock gates, secure pets and ensure the pool and equipment area can be reached safely.
The customer remains responsible for maintaining sufficient water for the circulation system to operate.
Tell Integra whether the main concern is debris, floor cleaning, filter care, water balance or presentation.
Report leaks, alarms, unusual noise, low flow or non-running equipment before the appointment.
Provide a whole-pool image and equipment-area image when condition or service suitability is uncertain.
Ensure heavy covers, furniture or stored items do not prevent safe cleaning and equipment access.
One-off availability can differ from regular route capacity. Integra confirms the exact address, condition and requested work before accepting the visit.
