Integra Pool Service is a proudly independent, predominantly family-owned and operated Australian business, established in 2021.

Unlike franchise businesses, we operate independently. This allows us to recommend the products, equipment and solutions genuinely best suited to each customer’s needs, without franchise targets or supplier obligations influencing our advice.

Our People Make the Difference

The quality of a pool service ultimately depends on the quality of the technician carrying it out. Every Integra field-team member is carefully selected by the owners, and many have worked alongside—or have been personally known by—the owners for more than a decade.

Our technicians are supported by experienced management, senior technicians and established systems. When a site presents a more involved issue, the person at the pool is not left to work in isolation: customers receive the backing of the entire Integra team.

Ongoing Training & Professional Development

Pool technology, water-care practices and safety requirements continue to change. We invest in structured development so our team can work safely, interpret conditions accurately and support modern pool equipment.

Development extends beyond product knowledge. Our field team completes safety, CPR, First Aid and White Card training, while every staff member is police-checked, carefully vetted and supported by experienced management.
