What Full Service means

Cleaning and chemistry handled together

Full Service is Integra’s most complete regular residential plan. On each visit we vacuum the pool, remove surface debris, clear the baskets, perform a 13-point digital water test, calculate and add the required chemicals, and complete routine equipment observations.

Weekly Full Service also includes brushing of the pool walls and tile line. Because thorough brushing is time-intensive, it is not a standard inclusion on fortnightly or monthly visits.

Maintaining or topping up the pool water level is not included and remains the customer’s responsibility.

What’s included

Complete cleaning and proactive pool care

Work completed depends on frequency, pool condition, equipment type, access and the 45-minute service allowance. Water-level maintenance is not included.

Digital water testing during Full Service
Included every standard visit

13-point digital water test and calculated balancing

We use the WaterLink SpinTouch system for consistent digital readings. Your technician interprets the results and adds the chemicals required to correct the water balance.

Included

Full vacuum

Pool floor, steps and accessible ledges are vacuumed within the service allowance.

Included

Surface debris removal

Leaves, insects and floating debris are removed before they sink or load the water.

Included

Empty and clean baskets

Skimmer and pump baskets are cleared to maintain flow and reduce pump load.

Included

Visible equipment checks

Flow, pressure, leaks, noise and obvious equipment concerns are observed and noted.

Weekly Full Service only

Pool wall and tile-line brushing

Weekly Full Service includes brushing of the pool walls and tile line. Because thorough brushing is time-intensive and most effective when done weekly, it is not a standard inclusion on fortnightly or monthly visits.

Weekly serviceFrom $88 + chemicals

Pricing and conditions: Weekly and fortnightly Full Service from $88. Monthly Full Service $98. All prices plus chemicals and include up to 45 minutes onsite. Wall and tile-line brushing is included with weekly service only. Maintaining the pool water level is not included. Excessive debris, major filter work, repairs, green-pool treatment or work beyond the standard allowance may require additional time, charges or a separate booking.

What happens onsite

A clear process on every Full Service visit

01

Inspect

We check pool condition, circulation, filtration and visible equipment before starting. Water-level maintenance is not part of the service.

02

Test and assess

The water is digitally tested and the results are considered alongside pool type, sanitiser system and current conditions.

03

Clean and balance

We vacuum, remove debris, clear baskets, complete required routine maintenance and add the chemicals needed.

04

Record and report

Completed work, readings, observations and recommendations are recorded in the service report where included.

Service frequency

How often should your pool be serviced?

Frequency affects both price and scope. All visits include up to 45 minutes onsite and are charged plus chemicals. Weekly service includes wall and tile-line brushing.

Regular pool servicing across Newcastle and the Hunter

Frequently asked questions

Full Pool Service answers

What is included in Integra’s Full Pool Service?
Every Full Service includes a full vacuum, surface debris removal, skimmer and pump basket cleaning, a 13-point digital water test, chemical balancing, routine equipment observations and a service report with selected photos. Filter and chlorinator-cell maintenance are completed as required within the 45-minute allowance. Weekly Full Service additionally includes brushing of the pool walls and tile line. That brushing is not a standard inclusion on fortnightly or monthly visits.
How much does Full Pool Service cost?
Weekly and fortnightly Full Service visits start from $88. Monthly Full Service is $98. All services are plus chemicals and include up to 45 minutes onsite. Excessive debris, additional labour, repairs or specialist recovery work may be charged separately after discussion.
Are pool chemicals included in the service price?
No. The service fee covers the scheduled labour, cleaning, testing and standard service tasks. Chemicals are charged separately based on the digital test results and the quantities required for your pool.
Does someone need to be home during the service?
Usually not, provided the technician has safe access to the pool and equipment area. Gates must be accessible, pets secured and any access instructions provided before the visit.
Is a Full Service enough for a green pool?
No. A green or heavily algae-affected pool normally requires diagnosis, recovery treatment and often follow-up work. Send Integra a photo and your suburb so the correct service can be recommended.
Is brushing the pool walls and tile line included?
Wall and tile-line brushing is included with weekly Full Service only. It is not a standard inclusion on fortnightly or monthly visits.
Does Integra maintain or top up the pool water level?
No. Maintaining and topping up the pool water level remains the customer’s responsibility. The pool should have sufficient water for the circulation and filtration equipment to operate safely at the time of service.
Where is Full Service available?
Integra provides regular residential pool servicing across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and surrounding Hunter Valley areas. Availability depends on the suburb and current service routes.
