What Medium Service means

Shared cleaning responsibility

Medium Service is designed for owners who already manage the pool floor (either themselves or with an automatic cleaner). Integra focuses on professional water care, surface debris, baskets, accessible steps and ledges, and routine equipment oversight.

Routine vacuuming, the pool floor, walls and tile-band brushing are deliberately excluded so the visit can stay within the 25-minute allowance while still delivering high-value chemistry and surface care.

Maintaining or topping up the pool water level remains the customer’s responsibility.

Routine vacuuming, the pool floor, walls and tile-band brushing are not included in Medium Service. Choose Full Service if you need professional vacuuming as part of the visit.

Pricing and conditions: Medium Service is $85 per visit (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) plus chemicals and includes up to 25 minutes onsite. Vacuuming and wall/tile-band brushing are excluded. Maintaining the pool water level is not included. Work beyond the standard scope or allowance may require additional charges or a different service.

Does Medium Service include vacuuming?
No. Routine pool vacuuming is completely excluded. Medium Service is intended for owners who vacuum themselves or use an automatic or robotic cleaner. Choose Full Service when routine professional vacuuming is required.
What areas are brushed?
Accessible steps and ledges are brushed. The pool floor, walls, waterline and tile band are not brushed as part of Medium Service.
