Commercial Pool Services
Water care, presentation, plant-room oversight and accountable reporting are defined around the site—not adapted from a residential checklist.
Integra connects water quality, pool presentation and operational follow-up through one clearly defined commercial maintenance programme.

A water-quality issue, presentation failure or plant fault can disrupt guests, residents, staff and facility operations. The maintenance program must suit the site—not a generic residential checklist.

Water care, cleaning, plant oversight and reporting work together. Integra defines each part around the facility rather than applying a residential menu with a commercial label.
Testing, interpretation and treatment within the agreed program, with conditions recorded at each attendance.
Pool cleaning and routine filtration tasks defined around facility use, environment and presentation standard.
Observable circulation, filtration, sanitisation and dosing conditions checked within the contracted scope.
Service evidence designed to tell facility contacts what was found, what was done and what needs a decision.
Commercial water quality depends on the plant doing its job. Integra technicians assess the observable condition and operation of nominated filtration, circulation, sanitisation and dosing equipment during the service visit.
Scope matters: plant-room oversight is not an unlimited equipment warranty or a substitute for work requiring another licensed trade. Exclusions and specialist referral points are defined in the proposal.

What condition did we find? What did we do? What needs attention next?
Water results, plant observations and relevant site exceptions.
Chemicals, cleaning, filtration tasks and approved work completed.
Recommendations, urgency, approvals and the nominated next owner.
Integra can perform agreed testing, treatment, cleaning, plant checks and reporting. The facility owner or operator still retains the duties that apply between visits and under its operating framework.
The written proposal defines the work Integra is engaged and authorised to perform.
Scheduled contractor visits do not transfer day-to-day operational control to Integra.
For prescribed public pools and spas, NSW Health guidance includes monitoring and recordkeeping duties that remain with the occupier or operator. The required program depends on facility classification and use. See NSW Health public swimming pool and spa guidance.
Facility managers, procurement teams and authorised representatives need more than a verbal promise. Integra can support formal quotation, supplier onboarding and due diligence with defined scope and relevant business documentation.
Public liability, workers compensation, motor fleet and business insurance documentation.
Certificate III pool and spa service training with pathways toward Certificate IV.
National police screening, plus First Aid, CPR and White Card field-readiness training.
Scope, exclusions, contacts, reporting, approval limits and onboarding evidence supplied as relevant.
Attendance, task scope and reporting are recommended after the facility, use, plant and responsibilities are understood.
Facility type, aquatic assets, current arrangement, known concerns and procurement timing.
Pool and spa condition, plant, access, operating hours, records and onsite responsibilities.
Attendance, tasks, reporting, contacts, chemicals, exclusions and escalation controls.
Clear inclusions, commercial terms, pricing and relevant onboarding evidence for review.
Commercial service should begin with defined attendance, responsibilities, reporting and approval pathways—not assumptions carried over from residential pool care.
Discuss your facilityIntegra supports managed pool and spa facilities including hotels, motels, holiday parks, retirement and community facilities, health and fitness venues, workplaces, education facilities, property portfolios and selected strata sites. Suitability remains subject to location, scope, access and route capacity.
There is no single frequency suitable for every site. Integra considers facility classification, use, bather load, onsite staff capability, plant, operating hours, regulatory duties and reporting needs before recommending an attendance pattern.
Normally, commercial service labour and chemicals are separated. Chemical demand varies with test results, bather load, weather, water replacement, plant performance and operating conditions. The proposal explains how chemicals will be authorised and billed.
Integra can assess daily or higher-frequency testing support where route capacity and facility requirements allow. Contractor attendance does not remove the operator’s responsibility for monitoring, supervision, recordkeeping and action between visits.
The agreed scope may include observable circulation, filtration, sanitisation and dosing checks, routine filtration tasks, visible leak and pressure observations, fault escalation and approved diagnostics or repairs. Work requiring another licensed trade is excluded or referred.
Yes. Reporting can include water results, chemical additions, completed tasks, relevant plant observations, photographs, exceptions and recommendations, distributed to nominated contacts according to the agreed program.
Yes. Integra can respond to suitable quotation, tender and supplier-onboarding requests with scope, commercial terms, insurance evidence, capability information and reporting examples as relevant. Registration on a supplier platform is not represented as government approval or guaranteed appointment.
Commercial service is available across suitable routes in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the Hunter. Site acceptance depends on scope, frequency, access and current route capacity.
We’ll review the facility, aquatic assets, current arrangement, access, known issues, timing and reporting requirements before recommending a commercial program.
Submitting a request does not confirm service or transfer facility responsibilities.
