The current Viron Saltwater Chlorinator adds Bluetooth app control to a proven 18–45g/hr salt-chlorination platform. It is a good middle ground for customers who want connected scheduling and compatible pump/light control without the chemistry hardware of EQ or the wider Halo ecosystem.

A practical connected upgrade from a traditional standalone chlorinator.
Viron keeps the focus on salt chlorination but adds Bluetooth control, multiple timers, spa output control and the ability to work with compatible AstralPool pumps and lights. It is less complex than Halo and less chemistry-focused than eQuilibrium.

AstralPool publishes 3000–8000ppm salt operation and recommends 4000ppm. Final selection should still account for summer chlorine demand and run time.
